Guide

How Sirin works

From an empty account to your first hire, in the order you will do it. Most companies are taking applications within fifteen minutes.

01

Create your account

Go to fit.sirin.ee and press Start free. Confirm your email, then give your company its name and its web address.

The address is where candidates apply, for example rolefit.eu/egeria. It cannot be changed later, so keep it short, leave out OÜ or AS, and read it out loud once before you create the company. You get fourteen days free, with no card.

02

Post your jobs

Press Post a role and paste an advert you already have, in Estonian or English. We read it and pull out what the person would do, what is essential and what is only nice to have, and the pay, hours and benefits when the advert states them. Check it, publish it, and it is on your careers page at once.

When a job is filled, press Close a job. The advert comes down and the people who applied for it keep their place in your records.

03

Put your page where candidates look

Your careers page lists every open job. Every job also has a link of its own, which opens that advert directly. You find them all under Share a job.

  • In your website's menu, as Careers or Vabad töökohad.
  • In your adverts on CV Keskus, CV.ee, Töötukassa or Facebook, as the place to apply.
  • On paper. A poster at the door or a note in the staff room reaches people a website does not.

You can also show the jobs inside your own website, so candidates never leave it. Settings shows the code and the three steps to add it. If nobody at your company looks after the website, press Ask us to set it up and we do it with you, free. We never ask for a password: you add us as a user of your website and can remove us afterwards.

04

What a candidate does

They upload their CV once, as a PDF, a Word file or a photo, and answer about ten short questions their CV does not already answer. They then see every job at your company they fit, including ones they would not have clicked on, and choose which to apply for. There is no account to create and no long form.

They get a confirmation email under your company's name, with a link to follow their application. They never see a score.

05

Your queue

Everyone who applied is ranked against every open job, with the reasons written out and quoted from their own CV. It is a reading order, not a decision: nobody is rejected by the software.

Open anyone to read their CV exactly as they sent it, their answers and the reasoning. Put two people side by side, add a note for a colleague, keep a shortlist, or export the list.

06

Answer everyone

Invite someone to an interview and they receive the time, the place and a calendar invite. Turn someone down and they get a kind, clear email instead of silence. Or write your own. Every email carries your name and your colour, and replies go to your own mailbox. Sent something by mistake? You have ninety seconds to undo it.

The wording of each email is yours to change under Settings → Emails, in Estonian or English.

07

Your team and your emails

Invite colleagues under Settings → People as an admin, a recruiter, a hiring manager or a viewer. Each person chooses how we tell them about new applications: every application as it arrives, one summary a day, or nothing.

08

Trial and plans

The trial lasts fourteen days or twenty five applications, whichever comes first. Two days before it ends we email you. Choose a plan under Billing and everything carries on exactly where it was. If you do not, your careers page stops taking applications until you do, and your candidates stay safe in the meantime.
